Newmark’s evolution

Sharing a belief in the strategic selection and long term hold of premium commercial property, Chris Langford and Simon T. Morris joined forces in 2011 creating Newmark Capital Limited.

By combining expertise in the acquisition, operational management, investment and development of commercial property with hands on management, Newmark has established stand-alone property trusts. We believe well managed, quality properties will outperform the market and attract high calibre occupiers.
